SkyWise Flights Grounded

Dear Visitor,

On Wednesday, 2 December 2015 Skywise flights were grounded by the Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) as a result of the airline failing to settle outstanding bills on time.

As a result of this Skywise have suspended all their flights between Johannesburg and Cape Town until further notice.

Skywise said in an email to Travelstart on 3 December 2015 that customers whose flights were suspended in the last 48 hours are entitled to a full refund which the airline will process – refunds are being actioned as requested and customers should email or initiate a refund via Skywise Airline call centre on 0861 911 435.

As this is a developing story we will keep you informed as best we can.

Please be aware that we will communicate further instructions as soon as we have an update from Skywise.

Follow the grounded SkyWise story as it unfolds. 6 Months and still no closer to knowing the future of the low cost airline
