On Wednesday, 2 December 2015 Skywise flights were grounded by the Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) as a result of the airline failing to settle outstanding bills on time.
As a result of this Skywise have suspended all their flights between Johannesburg and Cape Town until further notice.
Skywise said in an email to Travelstart on 3 December 2015 that customers whose flights were suspended in the last 48 hours are entitled to a full refund which the airline will process – refunds are being actioned as requested and customers should email email@example.com or initiate a refund via Skywise Airline call centre on 0861 911 435.
